Tax Dashboard

Read your current tax liability on the dashboard

The Current Period Tax Liability panel on the Tax Management dashboard shows what you owe for the current month at a glance. This article explains how to read it.

Open the panel

  1. Go to Tax Management from the main Dashboard.
  2. Find the Current Period Tax Liability panel in the main column. The current month and year are shown in the top-right corner of the panel.

What each line means

  • Total Tax Collected – tax collected on invoices issued this month.
  • Tax Credits Applied – any credits that reduce what you owe (shown as a negative amount).
  • Adjustments – manual adjustments for the period.
  • Net Tax Liability – the bottom-line amount you owe, after credits and adjustments.

Check the top stat cards too

For a wider view, the cards at the top of the page show YTD Tax Collected for the year so far and Pending Filings (with overdue count) so you can see whether any amounts still need to be filed and paid.

Tip: To see a full breakdown by state and reconcile against your ledger, open the Tax Liability report.
