Getting Started

Sign in for the first time

The first time you use the OPS Manager, you will receive an email invitation from your administrator. This guide walks you through your very first sign-in, from invitation to landing on your Dashboard.

Before you start

You need the invitation email sent to your work email address. It contains a personal setup link. If you cannot find it, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.

Step by step

  1. Open the invitation email and click the setup link. This opens the Set Up Your Account page, which greets you by name.
  2. Your email address is shown and locked, so you do not need to type it.
  3. In Create password, enter a password that meets the requirements shown below the field (for example, a minimum length, and possibly uppercase letters, numbers, or symbols).
  4. Re-enter the same password in Confirm password.
  5. Click Complete Setup.

You are signed in automatically and taken straight to your Dashboard with a welcome message.

Tip: Use the eye icon inside the password fields to show or hide what you typed and make sure both entries match.

Setup links are single-use. If you see a message that your account has already been set up, simply go to the Sign in page and log in. If the link is invalid or expired, contact your administrator for a new invitation.
