If you cannot remember your password, you can request a reset link by email and set a new one. This guide covers the full process.
Request a reset link
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? to open the Reset your password page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send reset link.
If the address belongs to an account, a reset email is sent. For your security, the page does not confirm whether a specific email exists.
Set your new password
- Open the reset email and click its link to reach the Set new password page.
- Confirm your email address is shown.
- Enter your new password and then re-enter it to confirm.
- Click Reset password.
After a successful reset, you are returned to the sign-in page with a confirmation message. Sign in with your new password.
Tip: Your new password must meet your organization’s requirements (such as minimum length and required character types), which are shown on the page.
Didn’t get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct work email address.
- If it still does not arrive, contact your administrator.
