Export a mileage claim

Export a claim as a mileage log for accounting, payroll, or tax records.

1. Open the claim.
2. Use the buttons at the top right: Excel, PDF, or Print.

Each export is a complete mileage log — date, from and to addresses, round-trip miles, rate, and amount for every trip, with the claim total. The from and to addresses are saved on each trip when the claim is created, so a paid claim stays an accurate record even if a work order or employee changes later.
