Reset a forgotten password

If you cannot remember your password, you can request a reset link by email and set a new one. This guide covers the full process.

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? to open the Reset your password page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Send reset link.

If the address belongs to an account, a reset email is sent. For your security, the page does not confirm whether a specific email exists.

Set your new password

  1. Open the reset email and click its link to reach the Set new password page.
  2. Confirm your email address is shown.
  3. Enter your new password and then re-enter it to confirm.
  4. Click Reset password.

After a successful reset, you are returned to the sign-in page with a confirmation message. Sign in with your new password.

Tip: Your new password must meet your organization’s requirements (such as minimum length and required character types), which are shown on the page.

Didn’t get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct work email address.
  • If it still does not arrive, contact your administrator.
