The notifications bell in the top bar keeps you informed about updates that need your attention. This guide explains how to read and manage them.
Where to find it
The notifications bell is in the top bar, near your profile menu. A marker appears when you have unread notifications.
View your notifications
- Click the bell icon to open the Notifications panel.
- Review the list. Unread items are highlighted so they stand out.
- Click a notification to open the related item. If it has a destination, you are taken straight there.
Mark notifications as read
- Opening a notification marks that item as read.
- To clear everything at once, click Mark all as read at the top of the panel.
See everything
To review your full history, click View all notifications at the bottom of the panel. If you have none, the panel shows No notifications yet.
Tip: Check your notifications regularly so you don’t miss assignments, approvals, or updates from your team.
