Add a warranty
Track warranty coverage on a unit so you know what is covered and until when.
- Open the unit from Customer Equipment.
- Select Add warranty (or open the unit’s Warranties list and add one there).
- Enter the warranty type, provider, coverage start and end dates, and any terms or notes.
- Select Save.
Active warranties are highlighted on the unit so technicians can see coverage at a glance before scheduling billable work.
