The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of your business through a set of widgets — small panels that surface key numbers, lists, and shortcuts from across the platform.
What you’ll find on the Dashboard
- Widgets — each panel shows live data from a module you have access to (for example open deals, unpaid invoices, recent tickets, or upcoming events).
- Quick navigation — many widgets link straight to the underlying record or list so you can jump in with one click.
- Personalized layout — the widgets you see, and where they sit, are saved to your own user account.
Who sees what
Widgets respect your permissions. You will only see widgets for modules your role can access, so two users may see different dashboards. If a widget looks missing, you may not have access to that module — contact your administrator.
