This section covers everything about getting into the OPS Manager and managing your sign-in: logging in, recovering a forgotten password, completing a two-factor code, changing your password, and signing out.
The sign-in page
The platform opens on the Welcome back sign-in screen. Here you enter your Email address and Password, optionally tick Remember me, and click Sign in. Depending on how your organization is set up, you may also see a Sign in with Microsoft button.

- Two-factor code — if you enabled 2FA, you enter a code after your password. See Sign in with a two-factor code.

Tip: For your security, the sign-in page shows the same generic message for any failed attempt and never reveals whether an email address exists.
