Dispatch multiple work orders

Dispatch multiple work orders

Send several scheduled jobs out to technicians in one step.

  1. Open the Dispatch Board for the day you are working.
  2. Select the work orders you want to dispatch.
  3. Choose to dispatch the selected work orders.

Each eligible work order moves to Dispatched and its dispatch time is recorded. You will see a count of how many were dispatched.

Warning: A work order is only dispatched if it has a technician assigned and is in Scheduled status. Any that do not meet these conditions are skipped, and the reason is reported back to you.
