Cancel or delete a stock adjustment

If a draft adjustment is no longer needed, you can cancel it or delete it. Both options are only available while the adjustment is still a draft.

Cancel an adjustment

Cancelling keeps the adjustment on record but marks it as Cancelled.

1. Open the adjustment.
2. In the Actions box, click Cancel Adjustment.

Delete an adjustment

Deleting removes the adjustment completely.

1. Open the adjustment.
2. In the Danger Zone, click Delete Adjustment.

Warning: An approved adjustment cannot be cancelled or deleted, because it has already changed your stock. To reverse it, create a new adjustment with the opposite quantities.
