Edit an attendance record

You can correct an existing attendance record — for example to fix a wrong time or update the status.

Steps

  1. Go to Attendance to open the records list.
  2. Find the record and click Edit.
  3. Adjust the Clock In, Clock Out, Break Start, and Break End times as needed. Leaving a time blank clears it.
  4. Choose the correct Status.
  5. Optionally update the Notes.
  6. Save. The hours are recalculated automatically and you return to the records list with a confirmation.

Tip: Times are shown and entered in the employee’s local timezone. An edited record is marked as a manual entry.

Deleting a record

To remove a record entirely, use the delete action for that record in the list. It is removed and you will see a confirmation.
