The Employee Directory includes search and filters so you can quickly narrow a long list down to the people you need.
Steps
- Go to Employees to open the directory.
- Use the Search employees box to find people by name.
- Use the Department filter (All Departments) to show only one department.
- Use the Status filter (All Statuses) to show only Active, Inactive, Terminated, or On Leave employees.
- Use the employment type filter to limit the list to Full Time, Part Time, Contractor, or Intern.
- Apply your choices, and use Clear to reset the filters.
Tip: Your filters stay applied as you move between pages of results, so you can browse a filtered list without losing your selections.
