Find a ticket

As you raise more support requests, the Customer Portal makes it easy to find a specific ticket by searching, filtering, and sorting your ticket list.

Open your ticket list

Select Tickets in the navigation bar to see all the tickets on your account. The list is paginated, showing ten tickets per page.

Search by number or subject

  1. In the Search box, type a ticket number or part of the subject. The placeholder reads “Search by ticket number or subject…”.
  2. Apply the search to narrow the list to matching tickets.

Filter by status

  1. Open the Status dropdown.
  2. Choose a status — New, Open, Pending, Resolved, or Closed — or leave it on All Statuses to see everything.

Sort the list

You can sort the list to bring the most relevant tickets to the top. By default, the newest tickets are shown first.

Tip: Combine search and the status filter to quickly locate, for example, an open ticket about a specific topic.
