The Documents area of the Customer Portal is where you can find files we share with you and, if your access allows it, upload your own files for our team.
View your documents
- Select Documents in the navigation bar.
- Browse the list of files linked to your account and to any projects that have been made visible to you.
Find a document
- Use the Search box to look up a file by name. The placeholder reads “Search by document name…”.
- Use the Project filter to show files from a specific project, or leave it on All Projects.
Download a document
Find the file you need and choose Download to save it to your device.
Upload a document
If your portal access includes uploading, you can share files with our team:
- From the Documents page, choose Upload.
- Select the file you want to share. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
- Confirm the upload.
Your file is added to your account’s documents and a success message confirms the upload.
Tip: If you do not see an upload option, your portal access may not include uploading documents.
Delete a document you uploaded
You can only delete files that you uploaded through the portal yourself — files shared by our team cannot be removed from the portal. To delete one of your own uploads, use the Delete option next to it. If you try to delete a file you did not upload, the portal will let you know it cannot be removed.
