Besides individual requests, Leave Management gives you two organization-wide views: Leave Balances and the Leave Calendar.
Leave Balances
The Leave Balances page lists employees alongside their remaining balance for each leave type for the current year.
- Open the Leave Balances page.
- Optionally filter by department, or search by employee name.
- Review each employee’s available balance per leave type.
Leave Calendar
The Leave Calendar shows who is scheduled to be away across the organization, laid out by month.
- Open the Leave Calendar page.
- Use the month controls to move to the previous or next month.
- Review the time-off entries shown for that period.
Tip: Use the calendar before approving requests to spot overlaps when several people want the same dates off.
