Attendance tracks when employees clock in and out, including breaks, and summarizes their hours and attendance status over time.
Where to find it
Open the HR section and choose Attendance. The list opens on the Attendance Records page, which also offers a manual entry form and an attendance report.
Key concepts
- Attendance record – one entry per employee per day, holding clock-in, clock-out, break times, hours, and a status.
- Status – for example Present, Absent, Late, Half Day, Holiday, Weekend, or On Leave.
- Clocking in and out – employees with a login can clock in, clock out, and start or end a break for themselves.
- Manual entry – an administrator can add or correct a record for any employee.
- Timezone aware – times are shown in the employee’s own timezone.
The Attendance Records list
The list shows each record with its employee, date, clock-in and clock-out times, and status. You can filter by employee, status, and date range, and edit or delete individual records.
