Leave Management

View leave balances and the calendar

Besides individual requests, Leave Management gives you two organization-wide views: Leave Balances and the Leave Calendar.

Leave Balances

The Leave Balances page lists employees alongside their remaining balance for each leave type for the current year.

  1. Open the Leave Balances page.
  2. Optionally filter by department, or search by employee name.
  3. Review each employee’s available balance per leave type.

Leave Calendar

The Leave Calendar shows who is scheduled to be away across the organization, laid out by month.

  1. Open the Leave Calendar page.
  2. Use the month controls to move to the previous or next month.
  3. Review the time-off entries shown for that period.

Tip: Use the calendar before approving requests to spot overlaps when several people want the same dates off.
