Navigating the platform overview

Once you sign in, every part of the OPS Manager is reached from the same layout. This overview explains the three main areas of the screen and how to move between them.

The screen at a glance

  • Sidebar (left) — the main menu. It starts with Dashboard, Calendar, and Email Inbox, followed by collapsible sections that group related tools.
  • Top bar — the global search box, the notifications bell, and your profile menu.
  • Main area (center) — where the page you selected is shown.

Related features are grouped under headings you can expand or collapse, including CRM, Sales, Service Delivery, Inventory, Fulfillment, Accounting, Tax Management, HR, Reports, and System.
