Edit equipment and update its condition
Keep a unit’s details and condition current.
- Open the unit from Customer Equipment.
- Select Edit to change its details, then Save.
- To record a new condition without a full edit, use the Update condition action and choose the condition (for example Good, Fair, Poor, or Failed) with optional notes.
The status (such as Active, Under Repair, or Retired) reflects where the unit is in its life. Units in poor or failed condition are easy to spot for replacement planning.
