Record service and view service history
Log maintenance against a unit and review everything done to it.
- Open the unit from Customer Equipment.
- Select Record service and enter the service date, what was done, and any notes.
- To review past work, open Service history on the unit’s page.
Work orders performed against the unit also appear in its history, so you get a complete maintenance record over the unit’s life. Setting a service interval helps surface when the next service is due.
