How Shopify orders import
Once Shopify is connected, your paid Shopify orders flow into Zevonix Business Suite automatically. No manual entry is needed.
When orders import
- In real time — when a paid order is created in Shopify, a webhook imports it within seconds.
- On a schedule — a safety sweep also pulls any paid orders every few minutes, so nothing is missed if a webhook is delayed.
- On demand — click Pull orders now under Settings → Integrations → Shopify to import immediately.
What gets created
For each imported order, the Suite creates:
- A customer — matched to an existing account by Shopify customer or email, or created from the order’s billing details.
- An invoice, marked paid, with the order’s line items. Shipping and tax are added as their own lines so the invoice total matches the Shopify order exactly.
- A payment recorded against the invoice, and the matching accounting entries.
- A fulfillment order for any physical products, so the order is ready to pick, pack, and ship.
- A work order if the order contains service items.
Good to know
- Only orders that are paid import. Unpaid or pending orders are skipped until payment is captured.
- Imports are duplicate-safe — the same Shopify order is never imported twice, even if both the webhook and the scheduled pull see it.
- Line items are matched to your products by SKU where possible, so stock and reporting stay accurate.
