Disconnect Shopify and troubleshooting
Disconnect
To stop syncing, go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify and click Disconnect. This removes the saved credentials and access token, disables syncing, and removes the order webhooks from your store. You can reconnect at any time by entering your credentials and clicking Connect again.
Troubleshooting
- “redirect_uri is not whitelisted” — the Allowed redirection URL in your Shopify app must match the one on your settings page exactly (including
https://and no trailing slash). Edit it, then release a new version of the app. - “OAuth verification failed (HMAC)” — the Client secret entered in Zevonix doesn’t match your app’s secret. Re-copy it from the app and reconnect.
- The approval screen is missing permissions — the access scopes weren’t set or the app version wasn’t released. Set the scopes and release the version, then reconnect.
- Orders aren’t importing — only paid orders import. Confirm the order is paid, and try Pull orders now.
- Products aren’t appearing in Shopify — confirm the product is active and marked Sync to Shopify, and that an Inventory location is selected.
If you’re still stuck, copy the exact message shown on the settings page and contact Zevonix support.
