Import and export product suppliers and pricing

You can bulk-manage per-supplier pricing with a spreadsheet using the Product Suppliers & Pricing import and export. This is handy for updating prices across many products at once.

Export

1. Go to Settings → Data Management (Export) and choose Product Suppliers & Pricing.
2. You get one row per product-supplier link with these columns: product_sku, product_name, supplier_name, supplier_sku, and cost.

Edit and import back

1. Update the supplier_sku and cost columns in your spreadsheet, or add new rows.
2. Go to Settings → Data Management (Import), choose Product Suppliers & Pricing, and upload the file.

Each row is matched to an existing product by its SKU (or name) and to an existing supplier by name, then the supplier’s SKU and cost are updated. Links you do not include are left untouched.

Note: Products and suppliers must already exist before you import their pricing. Import your products and suppliers first, then import Product Suppliers & Pricing.
