Add another package to an order

Some orders ship in more than one box. You can add additional packages to an order so each box has its own packing slip and dimensions.

Steps

1. Open the order in the Packing Workstation.
2. Choose to add another package.
3. A new package is created with the next package number (for example, Package #2). You are taken to its packing slip.
4. Verify the items going into that package and record its package information.
5. Repeat for any further boxes.

Tip: Each package keeps its own dimensions and weight, so a heavy box and a light box on the same order can be rated correctly.

Deleting a package

A packing slip can only be deleted while it is still pending. Once it has been verified or completed, it can no longer be deleted.
