Search and filter employees

The Employee Directory includes search and filters so you can quickly narrow a long list down to the people you need.

Steps

  1. Go to Employees to open the directory.
  2. Use the Search employees box to find people by name.
  3. Use the Department filter (All Departments) to show only one department.
  4. Use the Status filter (All Statuses) to show only Active, Inactive, Terminated, or On Leave employees.
  5. Use the employment type filter to limit the list to Full Time, Part Time, Contractor, or Intern.
  6. Apply your choices, and use Clear to reset the filters.

Tip: Your filters stay applied as you move between pages of results, so you can browse a filtered list without losing your selections.
