Policies overview

Policies lets you publish company policy documents, keep them versioned, and track who has read and acknowledged them. Employees see and acknowledge policies in the same platform — there is no separate portal.

Where to find it

Open Policies in the sidebar under HR.

How it works

  • Each policy has a category, a current version, and a status (Draft, Published, or Archived).
  • Publishing a new version asks employees to acknowledge it again.
  • A policy can have rich-text content and an attached document.

Who can do what

  • Managers and administrators create, publish, archive, and track acknowledgments.
  • Employees view published policies and acknowledge them, and see outstanding policies on their dashboard.
