Edit a stock adjustment

You can change a stock adjustment while it is still a Draft. Once it has been approved, it can no longer be edited.

Open the adjustment for editing

1. Open Stock Adjustments and click the draft you want to change.
2. Click Edit (also shown as Edit Adjustment in the Actions box).

Make your changes

You can update the Warehouse, Reason, Adjustment Date, notes, and the list of products and their adjustment amounts. Use Add Product to include another item or remove ones you no longer need.

Save

1. Click Save as Draft to keep your changes, or
2. Click Save & Apply Now to save and apply the adjustment to inventory.

Warning: An approved adjustment cannot be edited. If you need to correct one that has already been applied, create a new adjustment.
