Check stock levels

The Inventory page lets you search and filter to find exactly the stock you want to review.

Search for a product

1. Open Inventory.
2. Type into the Search products… box. The search looks at the product name and SKU.
3. Click Filter.

Filter by location or stock level

1. Use the All Locations dropdown to show products held at one location.
2. Use the All Stock Levels dropdown to choose In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock.
3. Click Filter to apply.

Clear your filters

When a filter is active, click the Clear link to return to the full list.

Reading a row

• Total Stock — the quantity on hand across locations.
• Available — the quantity free to use (on hand minus any reserved).
• Reorder Point — the level at which the item is flagged as low.
• Status — In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock.

Tip: Click View History on any row to drill into that product’s stock changes.
