View stock movements

The Stock Movements page is a single, searchable log of every stock change across all of your products and locations.

Open the page

Open Stock Movements from the navigation. The page header reads “Stock Movements.”

Filter the log

1. Use the All Products dropdown to focus on one product.
2. Use the All Locations dropdown to focus on one location.
3. Use the Movement Type dropdown to choose a type such as Purchase, Sale, Adjustment, Transfer, Return, Write-off, or Initial Stock.
4. Enter a From Date and / or To Date to limit the date range.
5. Click Filter to apply.

Reading the log

Movements are listed newest first and show the product, location (and destination location for transfers), the type of movement, and who recorded it.

Tip: To see the history for just one product in context, use View a product’s stock history instead.
