Set up fulfillment and shipping

Skip this if you don’t ship orders.

1. Connect Shippo for shipping

Open Settings → Integrations → Shippo. This connection is required to get rates and print shipping labels. Add your Shippo API key and a ship-from address.

2. Pick, pack, and ship

Create a fulfillment order from an invoice or work order, then pick, pack, buy a label, and ship. This requires products with stock and locations.

Note

Product and location labels (Settings → Labels) are already set up and are separate from shipping labels.
