Find suggested technicians
Let the Dispatch Board recommend the best technician for a job based on skills and availability.
- Open the Dispatch Board.
- For a work order, view its suggested technicians.
- Review the ranked list. Each technician shows whether they have the job’s required skills, how many jobs they already have that day, their maximum daily jobs, and whether they still have capacity.
- Pick a technician and assign the work order to them.
Technicians who have all the required skills and still have capacity are ranked highest, making it easy to choose a good match.
Tip: Set up skills on your technicians and required skills on your work orders so the suggestions are as accurate as possible.
