My Schedule Overview
My Schedule is the field technician’s view of their own work orders. It shows the jobs assigned to you for a day or week so you can see what is coming up and update jobs as you work them.
Where to find My Schedule
Open My Schedule under Field Service. You can switch between a Day view and a Week view, and choose the date you want to see.
Tip: My Schedule is for field technicians. If you are not set up as a field technician, this page is not available to you.
What you see
- The work orders assigned to you for the selected day or week, in scheduled order.
- Today’s totals: how many jobs you have, how many are completed, and how many are in progress.
- Your current active job, if you are en route to one or working one.
What you can do
Open a job to see its details, update its status as you work, add a note, and get directions to the service location.
