Get directions and add a note

Get directions and add a note

While working a job from My Schedule, you can navigate to the site and record notes about what happened.

Get directions

  1. Open My Schedule and select your job.
  2. Choose to get directions. The job’s service address is used to open directions in Google Maps so you can navigate there.

Add a note

  1. Open the job.
  2. Add a note describing what you found or did.
  3. Save the note. It is recorded on the work order with your name and the time.

Tip: You can only get directions or add notes for jobs assigned to you.
