Delete a contact that is a duplicate or is no longer needed.
Steps
- Open Contacts and select the contact you want to remove.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm if you are asked to.
You return to the Contacts list and the contact no longer appears.
Warning: If the contact has portal access, deleting them removes that record too. Consider setting the contact’s Status to Inactive instead if you only want to stop working with them for now.
