The Quotes list includes search, filters, and sorting so you can quickly find the quote you need.
Search
Use the Search box to find quotes by quote number, title, account name, or contact name. Type your term and run the search.
Filter
Narrow the list using the filters above the table:
- Status – choose a single status such as Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Rejected, or Expired. Leave it on All Statuses to see everything.
- Account – show only quotes for a specific account.
- Date range – limit results by issue date using the from and to date fields.
Sort
Use the column controls to sort the list. By default, quotes are shown newest first.
Tip: Filters stay applied as you page through results, so you can combine a status filter with a search term and keep browsing without losing your place.
