Create fulfillment orders from WooCommerce orders

If your store is connected to WooCommerce, you can turn pending WooCommerce orders into fulfillment orders in one click directly from the Fulfillment Dashboard. This saves you from creating each one by hand.

Before you start

You need access to the Fulfillment Dashboard, and your organization needs WooCommerce orders that are waiting to be fulfilled.

Steps

1. Open the Fulfillment Dashboard.
2. Choose the option to process pending WooCommerce orders.
3. The system reviews your WooCommerce orders and creates a fulfillment order for each one that is ready.
4. Read the confirmation message at the top of the dashboard. It tells you how many fulfillment orders were created.

What happens next

Each new fulfillment order appears in your Fulfillment Orders list, ready to be picked, packed, and shipped.

Tip: If there are no WooCommerce orders waiting, you will see a message letting you know that none were pending. Nothing is created in that case.
