The Fulfillment Dashboard is your command center for getting orders out the door. It gives you a single, real-time view of everything waiting to be picked, packed, and shipped, along with the key numbers that tell you how your warehouse is performing.
Where to find it
Open the Fulfillment area and choose Fulfillment Dashboard. If you do not see it, your account may not have access to the dashboard. Ask an administrator to grant you the fulfillment dashboard permission.
What you will see
- Metrics – at-a-glance counts such as Shipped Today and other performance numbers for your organization.
- Queue – the orders moving through fulfillment so you can see what needs attention next.
- Picking Station, Packing Station, and Shipping – quick links into each workstation, each with its own progress stats.
- Invoices awaiting fulfillment – a short list of invoices that are ready to be turned into fulfillment orders, with a View all link.
Key concepts
Fulfillment follows a simple path: an invoice becomes a fulfillment order, which is then picked, packed, and finally shipped. The dashboard ties all of these stages together so you always know where work is piling up.
Tip: The metrics and queue refresh automatically, so you can keep the dashboard open on a screen in the warehouse as a live status board.
