Fulfillment Orders

Fulfillment Orders overview

A fulfillment order represents one customer order that needs to be picked, packed, and shipped from your warehouse. Each fulfillment order is created from an invoice (or a work order) and carries a unique Fulfillment # that you use to track it from start to finish.

Where to find it

Open the Fulfillment area and choose Fulfillment Orders to see the full list. You need the fulfillment orders permission to view this page.

The orders list

The list shows each order with its Fulfillment #, customer, Ship To details, Status, and Priority. You can filter and search to find what you need:

  • Status – filter by where the order is in the process.
  • Priority – Low, Normal, High, or Rush.
  • Warehouse – limit the list to a single warehouse.
  • Search – by order number, customer name, company, or the related invoice or work order number.

Order statuses

An order moves through these stages: Awaiting Pick, Picking, Awaiting Pack, Packing, Awaiting Ship, Shipped, and finally Delivered. An order can also be placed On Hold or Cancelled.
