The Attendance Records list includes filters so you can focus on a specific person, status, or time period.
Steps
- Go to Attendance to open the records list.
- Use the employee filter to show records for one person.
- Use the status filter to show only a particular status, such as Present, Late, or Absent.
- Set a From date and a To date to limit records to a date range.
- Apply the filters to update the list.
Records are listed with the most recent first. Your filter choices carry over as you page through the results.
Tip: For totals and summaries across a date range rather than individual records, use the attendance report.
