Accept or reject a quote

When we send you a quote, you can review it in the Customer Portal and respond by accepting it with an electronic signature or rejecting it. You can also download a PDF copy.

View your quotes

  1. Select Quotes in the navigation bar.
  2. Browse the list of quotes for your account. You will see quotes that have been sent, viewed, accepted, rejected, or expired — draft quotes are not shown.
  3. Select a quote to open it and review the line items, Subtotal, Total, and Valid Until date.

You can search quotes by number or title, and filter by status (Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Rejected, or Expired). The quote list also highlights how many quotes are pending and their total value.

Tip: Opening a quote that was just sent marks it as viewed, so we know you have seen it.

Download a quote as a PDF

Open the quote and choose the download option to save a PDF copy for your records.

Accept a quote

  1. Open a quote that is still pending (sent or viewed) and within its Valid Until date.
  2. Select Accept & Sign Quote.
  3. In the Electronic Signature Required window, type your full legal name in the signature field.
  4. Check the box confirming that your typed name is your electronic signature and that you accept the terms and conditions of the quote.
  5. Select Sign & Accept Quote.

The quote is marked Quote Accepted & Signed, your signature is recorded with the date, and our team is notified so we can follow up. You cannot accept a quote that has passed its valid-until date.

Warning: An electronic signature is legally binding. Please review the quote carefully before signing.

Reject a quote

  1. Open a pending quote.
  2. Select Reject Quote.
  3. In the window that appears, you may add an optional reason explaining why you are declining.
  4. Confirm to reject the quote.

The quote is marked Quote Rejected and our team is notified, along with any reason you provided.
