Track projects and add comments

The Projects area lets you follow the work we are doing for you, see the tasks involved, review related billing, and stay in touch by adding comments.

View your projects

  1. Select Projects in the navigation bar.
  2. Browse the list of projects that have been made visible to you. Projects that are not shared with the portal will not appear.
  3. Select a project to open it.

You can search projects by name and filter by status — Planning, In Progress, On Hold, Completed, or Cancelled.

What you can see on a project

The project page shows the project’s tasks along with a summary of how many are completed, in progress, and pending. It also shows related billing, including the total invoiced, total paid, and total outstanding, plus a list of related invoices (drafts are not shown).

Add a comment

If your portal access includes commenting on projects, you can post updates and questions:

  1. Open the project.
  2. Type your message in the comment box (up to 10,000 characters).
  3. Optionally attach a file (up to 10 MB each) before posting.
  4. Post the comment.

Your comment is added to the project conversation and a confirmation message is shown. You only ever see public comments — internal team notes are not shown in the portal.

Edit or delete your comment

You can edit or delete comments that you posted yourself. The portal only lets you change your own comments; you cannot edit or delete comments posted by others.

Download an attachment

To download a file attached to a project comment, use the download option next to it.

Tip: Can’t find a project you expected to see? It may not yet be shared with the portal. Ask your account contact to make it visible.
