Find equipment by serial number
Look up a unit quickly by its serial number, name, asset tag, or equipment number.
- Use the search box in the top bar and type the serial number (or name, asset tag, or equipment number).
- Select the unit under Customer Equipment in the results to open it.
You can also open Customer Equipment from the sidebar and filter the list. Searching by serial is the fastest way to pull up a unit’s warranty and service history in the field.
