Create a policy

Create a policy

Publish a new company policy for your team.

  1. Go to Policies and select Create Policy.
  2. Enter the Title and choose a Category (required). Categories are a managed list — see Manage policy categories.
  3. Set the Effective date.
  4. Write the policy in the content editor, and optionally attach a document file.
  5. Save the policy as a draft, then select Publish when it is ready.

Once published, the policy becomes visible to employees and they are asked to acknowledge it. Use the filters on the Policies page to find policies by status or category.
