Go live — remove sample data and final checks
When you’re ready to start using the platform for real, do a quick final pass.
1. Remove the sample data
Open Settings → Demo Data and remove it. This clears the example records that came with your workspace — such as sample accounts, products, and the starter canned responses — so you start clean. Your own data and configuration are kept.
2. Final checklist
- Company profile complete (timezone, currency, logo, tax ID).
- Fiscal year generated and tax configured (or confirmed not needed).
- Team invited with the right roles; two-factor enabled.
- Email connected and tested.
- Products and opening stock loaded; suppliers added (if applicable).
- HR: employees added, pay schedule and mileage rate set (if applicable).
- Any integrations connected and tested.
