Delete a lead

Delete a lead when it is a duplicate or is no longer relevant.

Steps

  1. Open Leads and select the lead you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm if you are asked to.

You return to the Leads list and the lead no longer appears.

Warning: Deleting is meant for leads you truly no longer need. If a lead is qualified, convert it instead so the relationship is preserved as an account and contact.
