Email

Using the Email Inbox

The Email module brings your mailbox into the platform so you can read, send, and track email next to your customer records. This article covers the inbox.

Open your inbox

Select Email from the navigation to open the Email Inbox. Messages are listed with their sender, subject, and date.

Find a message

Use the search box at the top of the inbox to search by subject, sender, or content. Start typing and the list filters to matching messages.

Read a message

Click any message to open it and read the full content, including any attachments.

Sync your mailbox

Click Sync to pull in the latest messages from your connected mail account. If you don’t see a recent email, syncing will fetch it.

Before you start: email requires a connected mailbox. If your inbox is empty or won’t sync, check your email connection with your administrator (see Email Settings).
