If you bought a label by mistake or the shipment changed, you can void the label so it is no longer valid.
Steps
- Open the shipment. It must have a label (status Label Created).
- Choose to void the label.
- The label is voided through the carrier and the shipment is updated.
Warning: Only shipments that have a label can be voided. A shipment that has already been marked shipped or has no label cannot be voided.
Deleting a pending shipment
If a shipment is still Pending (no label purchased yet), you can delete it instead. Open the pending shipment and choose to delete it. Shipments that already have a label cannot be deleted – void the label first.
