Once a label is purchased, you can mark the package as shipped and follow its progress with live tracking updates.
Mark a shipment as shipped
- Open the shipment (it must have a label – status Label Created).
- Choose to mark it as shipped. The status changes to Shipped.
View and refresh tracking
- Open the shipment to see its Tracking Number, carrier, and the Latest Tracking Update.
- Choose to refresh tracking to pull the most recent status from the carrier.
- The Timeline updates with the current status, location, and estimated delivery where available.
Finding a shipment
On the Shipments page you can Search by tracking number, recipient name, or invoice number, and filter by Status or Carrier.
Tip: A shipment needs a tracking number before it can be refreshed. Tracking numbers are assigned when you purchase the label.
