Once you have submitted a return to the tax authority, mark the filing as Filed in the system so your records stay up to date.
Open the filing
- Go to Tax Management > Tax Filings.
- Find the filing in the list and click View to open its detail page.
Mark it as filed
- In the Actions panel in the sidebar, click Mark as Filed.
- The filing’s status changes to Filed and a confirmation message appears.
After it is filed, the detail page shows a Filed entry in the Status Timeline with the date and time.
Note: The Mark as Filed button only appears when the filing has not already been filed. If you need to set additional details such as the filed date or notes, use Update a filing’s status and notes instead.
